Our team of consultants will be travelling to Nigeria at the end of November to carry out assessments of IITA’s breeding programs of soybean, cowpea, maize, yam and plantain (banana).
In August 2017, BPAT leader Dr Chris Lambrides, visited IITA in Ibadan, Nigeria, to organise BPATs of the cassava, yam, soybean, cowpea, maize and plantain (banana) breeding programs.
In August 2017, the BPAT team attended the UK summit in London, as part of the Delivering Genetic Gain in Wheat (DGGW) project, run by Cornell University.
